Ken Allison - Owner/Operator

Over a decade ago, Ken founded his construction company in the Bitterroot Valley. In 2021, he and his family moved to the Flathead Valley, embracing all its offerings with great enthusiasm. The most rewarding aspect of Ken's work is transforming undeveloped land into the dream homes of his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.

Karen Allison - VP/Lead Designer

I have always been passionate about real estate and construction, and after a fulfilling 15-year career as an RN, I made the switch—and I've never been happier! My expertise lies in residential real estate, but I also have experience with commercial properties, land development, and vacation home investments. Interior design has been a lifelong passion of mine. Flipping several of my own properties has been a joy, and I relish the process of remodeling and building custom homes.
