With over two decades of experience in custom home building and renovations, Ken brings craftsmanship and integrity to every project. Karen adds expertise in residential and commercial real estate, land development, and design—backed by years of remodeling and investment experience.
Together, they offer a full-service, client-first approach that blends construction, real estate, and design for seamless, elevated results. Based in Montana’s Flathead Valley, they’re proud to call this beautiful place home and help others do the same!
Ken Allison - Owner/Operator
Over a decade ago, Ken founded his construction company in the Bitterroot Valley, building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and integrity. In 2021, he and his family relocated to the Flathead Valley, embracing its beauty and opportunities with enthusiasm and creating K. Allison Homes, Inc.
Ken finds the most fulfillment in transforming undeveloped land into stunning dream homes for his clients, bringing visions to life with precision and dedication. As a general contractor, Ken has also completed several whole-home renovations and enjoys the process of re-creating a home into his clients vision. He is currently in the process of becoming a licensed real estate agent, expanding his expertise to better serve his clients in every aspect of their property journey.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys Montana’s incredible recreation—hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and snowboarding—while cherishing time spent with his family.

Specializing in residential real estate, I also have expertise in commercial properties, land development, and vacation home investments. My deep understanding of market trends, negotiation strategies, and home valuation allows me to guide clients through successful transactions with confidence. Whether buying or selling, I provide expert advice to help my clients make informed decisions and maximize their investments.
Beyond traditional real estate, my love for interior design and home improvement has played a key role in my journey. I’ve personally flipped multiple properties, embracing the creativity of remodeling and custom home building, which gives me a keen eye for what sells and how to present homes in the most compelling way. I know how to highlight a property’s best features and position it strategically in the market to attract the right buyers.
